Let's Talk Before You Buy

A custom arcade cabinet is a real investment — usually $4,200 and up, six weeks to build, and it's going to live in your home for a long time. Before you commit to anything, I'd rather we talk.

I offer a free 30-minute Google Meet to anyone seriously considering a build. No pressure, no sales pitch. Just a real conversation.

Why a Video Call Instead of an Email?

Because most of the important questions don't fit in a form.

When we actually talk — face to face, even over the internet — I can see your space if you want to show me, hear how you describe what you're picturing, and ask the questions that save you money or steer you toward something better than what you came in asking for.

You'd be surprised how often someone comes to me wanting a 4-player cabinet and leaves the call having decided a 2-player makes more sense for their family. Or the other way around. That's the kind of thing a contact form can't catch.

What We'll Cover

The call is yours — we'll go where you want to go. But most consultations end up touching on:

Your space. How big is the room? Where's the cabinet going to live? What's the ceiling height, the floor surface, the foot traffic?

Your games. What did you grow up playing? What do your kids or grandkids want to play? Two-player fighters, four-player co-op, light guns, trackball games, pinball — what matters most?

Your budget. What you're realistically comfortable spending. I'll tell you what's possible at that number and what isn't.

Your timeline. Builds take about six weeks. If you have a target — a birthday, a holiday, a finished basement reveal — let's make sure that's actually feasible before you commit.

The artwork. What theme are you picturing? Specific games? A color scheme that fits the room? I'll show you examples from past builds.

Anything else. If you're not sure what you want, that's fine. We'll figure it out together.

What I Won't Do

I won't try to upsell you on something you don't need. I won't pressure you to book on the call. I won't follow up six times if you decide it's not the right time.

If we get to the end of the call and you've decided to build something yourself, or buy from someone else, or wait a year — I'm fine with that. You'll have gotten free advice from someone who's been doing this since 2016, and I'd rather you make the right call for your family than the convenient call for my business.

What Happens After

If you decide you want to move forward, I'll send you a written summary of what we discussed, an itemized estimate, and the next steps. You'll have everything in writing before any money changes hands.

If you decide you need to think about it, that's fine. No follow-up unless you ask for one.

Who I Am

I'm Greg. I started building arcade cabinets as a hobby in 2016, built my first cabinet for my own sons in 2018, and turned it into G&G Arcade in 2021. I run this business out of Virginia. When you book a call, you're booking it with me — not a sales rep, not an assistant. Just the guy who's going to build your cabinet.

(434) 278-6393 if you'd rather skip the form and just call.
